Glenn Close
Glenn Close (Greenwich, 19 de março de 1947) é uma atriz americana. Estrelou diversos clássicos do Cinema, mas ficou profundamente marcada como a Marquesa Isabelle de Merteuil, na adaptação de Dangerous Liaisons (Ligações Perigosas) feita em 1988. Nesta ocasião, perdeu o Óscar de Melhor Atriz para Jodie Foster (no filme Acusados), fato que foi considerado, por alguns, como uma das grandes injustiças já cometidas pela Academia. Glenn Close iniciou sua carreira em 1979, trabalhando nos telefilmes Too Far to Go e Orphan Train. Estreou no Cinema em grande estilo, já sendo indicada ao Óscar de Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante por seu primeiro papel.
