Julie Walters

Walters nasceu como Julia Mary Walters em Smethwick, Sandwell, filha de Mary Bridget, uma carteiro de origem católica irlandesa, e de Thomas Walters, um construtor e decorador. Walters conheceu seu marido, Grant Roffey, um patrulheiro de AA, em um romance turbulento. O casal tem uma filha, Maisie Mae Roffey (nascida em 1988, City of Westminster, Londres), mas não se casou até 1997, com 11 anos de namoro, quando foram para Nova York.
