Robert Wise
Robert Earl Wise (10 de setembro de 1914 - 14 de setembro de 2005) foi um editor de efeitos sonoros, editor de filmes, produtor e diretor de cinema americano. Ele ganhou o Oscar de Melhor Diretor por A Noviça Rebelde (1965) e West Side Story (1961), bem como indicações como Melhor Edição de Filme por Cidadão Kane (1941) e Melhor Filme por The Sand Pebbles (1966). Entre seus outros filmes estão Born to Kill; Destino Gobi; O Hindenburg; Jornada nas Estrelas: O Filme; O Dia em que a Terra Parou; Corra Silencioso, Corra Profundo; A estirpe de Andrômeda; A Montagem; A caçada; e O Ladrão de Corpos. O período de trabalho de Wise abrangeu as décadas de 1930 a 1990.
